Job Description

Salary:

  • $103000-$120,000

Work Duration:

  • 12 Months
  • 240 Days
  • 7.5 Hours/Day

Responsibilities:

  • Administers and supervises the comprehensive school-based mental health and social-emotional wellness program and initiatives
  • Develops, monitors, and evaluates the strategic plan for the comprehensive mental health and social-emotional wellness program
  • Assists in coordinating the development, monitoring and evaluation of comprehensive mental health and social-emotional program
  • Supports behavioral multi-tiered systems of support (MSS) program

Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in the field of human services (Social Work, Counseling, Behavioral Health, etc.) from an accredited university and licensed in the state to provide mental health services
  • Ancillary certified as a Mental Health Counselor, School Social Worker, Behavior Analyst, School Counselor or School Psychologist
  • Experience developing and implementing school-based mental health programming preferred
  • Five years of leadership experience and five years of human services work in the school setting preferred
