Job Description

At Align, you’ll do work that matters—fast. We’re a small, focused SaaS team helping growing companies run smarter, and this role sits at the heart of that mission. As our Customer Enablement Specialist, you’ll spend your days coaching executives—often founders and C-suite leaders—on how to operationalize strategy, drive adoption, and get measurable results. You’ll own live trainings, onboarding plans, and “Ask Align” sessions, and you’ll see the impact of your work in weeks, not quarters. If you love facilitating aha-moments, enjoy translating product into business outcomes, and want a front-row seat to how hundreds of SMBs scale, this is a chance to level up your craft and your career..

What you’ll do

Training & Onboarding

  • Run live onboarding, product trainings, and “Ask Align” sessions (including sessions sold by the AM).
  • Handle basic objection-handling during onboarding; tailor agendas by segment/use case.
  • Support integrations & API basics; guide customers through standard playbooks.
  • Maintain and improve Align Academy, online courses, FAQs, and help content.
  • Track product adoption signals and recommend actions to drive activation.

Support Operations

  • Own/assign support cases; ensure timely, high-quality resolution against SLAs.
  • Work with Developers on technical issues and escalations; close the loop with customers.

Product Feedback

  • Respond to NPS comments; identify themes and share insights.
  • Capture, write up, and prioritize product requests with the Product Manager.

Systems & Revenue Hand-offs

  • Keep Salesforce clean and current across accounts, cases, and activities.
  • During trainings, flag opportunities and introduce the Account Manager for deeper exploration.

What you’ll bring

  • 2–4+ years in SaaS customer training/onboarding, enablement, or support.
  • Confident facilitator and communicator; strong objection-handling and empathy.
  • Comfortable with integrations/API basics and troubleshooting (no coding required).
  • Analytical mindset; can read adoption data and turn it into next steps.
  • Bias for action, organized, and calm under pressure.

Nice to have: Salesforce experience. Light SQL or BI, LMS/content authoring experience, SMB/scale-up background.

How we’ll measure success

  • Onboarding completion rate & time-to-first-value.
  • Early-stage adoption metrics (feature activation/usage in first 60 days).
  • Qualified introductions to AM (expansion signals surfaced from trainings).

Reporting

  • Reports to: Chief Operating Officer.

Position Location: New Orleans, LA
Must be authorized to work in the US.

NOTE: Submit resume and cover letter as a PDF.  Cover Letter is strongly recommended. No Recruiters Please.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary
  • Performance bonus
  • Medical Covered for individual
  • Dental, Vision optional benefits
  • Unlimited PTO
