Job Description
The Administrative Associate & Program Success Coach provides embedded administrative, operational, and student success support for the LPN -to-RN Bridge and Patient Navigator programs on a 50/50 basis.
This position integrates clerical coordination with proactive, cohort-based student success coaching to support accelerated workforce pathways. The role is program-embedded and supports recruitment, admissions, progression, retention, and completion for these high-demand healthcare programs.
