Your Role: Field Technician I
What You’ll Do
  • Assist senior technicians during pole inspection projects
  • Carry and handle tools, equipment, and materials needed on site
  • Record and organize inspection data under supervision
  • Mark poles, attach identification tags, and perform basic ground-level tasks
  • Ensure the worksite remains clean, safe, and organized
  • Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements and traffic/work zone protocols
  • Support the crew by performing general labor and helper duties as assigned
  • Maintain a professional attitude with coworkers, supervisors, and the public
What You Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior experience required; training provided
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Physically able to walk long distances, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
