We’re looking for a Senior Sales Account Manager to serve as a key commercial leader in our New Orleans headquarters. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and leading sales execution with precision and professionalism.

What You’ll Do

Own and Expand Strategic Accounts

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value wholesale and B2B accounts
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Build proactive account plans with measurable growth goals
  • Contribute strategic insight to promotional planning
  • Protect brand integrity and maintain MAP compliance across partners

Drive New Business Development

  • Prospect, qualify, and secure new wholesale and corporate accounts
  • Set and lead meetings with high-potential prospects
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline with strong forecast accuracy
  • Represent Oracle Lighting with professionalism in presentations and negotiations
  • Expand revenue channels while protecting profitability

Lead Sales Presence in the Office

  • Serve as the senior commercial leader in the Metairie office
  • Oversee daily workflow of inside sales and sales support staff
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, quotes, and customer communication
  • Escalate issues and keep execution running smoothly
  • Act as the CRO’s trusted extension — maintaining visibility, culture, and performance standards

Drive Sales Operations Excellence

  • Maintain CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
  • Monitor pipeline health, outbound activity, and conversion performance
  • Support product launches and promotional execution at the account level
  • Contribute to forecasting and revenue planning

  • Revenue growth across managed accounts
  • New account acquisition and pipeline conversion
  • Strong forecasting accuracy and CRM hygiene
  • Office responsiveness and sales execution quality
  • Positive partner relationships and long-term retention
  • Alignment with company culture and performance expectations

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of progressive B2B sales experience
  • Background in automotive aftermarket, distribution, consumer products, or specialty products preferred
  • Proven success growing accounts and generating new revenue
  • Experience leading or coordinating sales teams in an office environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on margin and long-term value
  • CRM proficiency (NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Professional, accountable, and driven to win the right way
