Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote File Clerk to support our administrative operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate digital records, organizing documentation, and ensuring confidential information is properly stored and easily accessible. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, categorize, and maintain electronic files and records
• Scan, upload, and accurately index documents into company databases
• Review files for completeness and accuracy
• Retrieve documents and records upon request
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
• Update records and archive outdated files according to company policies
• Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in clerical, administrative, or records management roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with cloud-based storage systems and document management software
