Responsibilities:
- Provide barbering and hair styling services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, and beard trims
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle or grooming preferences
- Utilize straight razors and other tools to achieve precise and clean cuts
- Stay up-to-date on current trends and techniques in barbering and hair styling
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and checking in/out clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques and recommend appropriate products for their needs
- Actively participate in retail sales to promote salon products

Qualifications:
- Valid barbering or cosmetology license in the state of Louisiana
- Proficiency in barbering techniques, including the use of straight razors
- Strong knowledge of hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniques
- Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon management software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive salon experience for clients
