Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to join our team. In this role, you’ll be assisting the owner with daily tasks, keeping the shop looking great, and supporting day-to-day retail operations. If you love fashion, are organized, and want to grow with a company, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Support the owner with day-to-day store operations and administrative tasks
- Open the store independently and complete all opening procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom
- Receive deliveries, check in merchandise, and assist with inventory management and stock counts
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail
