Job Description

The Multi-Unit Cafe General Manager leads teams across multiple locations to create a welcoming, organized, and customer-first environment for both employees and guests. This role oversees daily operations to ensure consistency in service, quality, and efficiency at each café. They are responsible for staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cost control to keep operations running smoothly and profitably. The manager develops and maintains standard operating procedures while ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. They recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing teams, providing ongoing feedback and conducting regular performance reviews. Leading by example, they foster a positive culture built on teamwork, accountability, and open communication. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to operational challenges. Customer experience remains a top priority, including handling feedback and resolving issues with professionalism. 

Benefits


At least one 3 years of hospitality management experience, food and beverage is a plus. 

Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
