Job Description

Performs administrative duties in support of office operations and various program related activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: serving as the primary contact for communicating with and information about the Stone Center for Latin American Studies both in person and on-line, providing administrative support for Tulane financial systems, regularly scheduled and special events, and maintenance of Stone Center for Latin American Studies facilities and equipment.

Minimum Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years’ administrative assistant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree with a concentration in Business Administration
  • Bilingual verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
