Job Description
The Program Manager for College Curriculum and Academic Policy is a high-level position that provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for critical academic programs and policy execution across three Newcomb-Tulane College offices. Reporting directly to the Director of College Curriculum and Policy, the position serves as an essential conduit and program manager for cross-unit initiatives, ensuring the effective management of academic policies and promoting high-impact student experiences. The Manager is responsible for the full-cycle development, management, and assessment of assigned programs.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of directly related experience. OR
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent) with 8 years of directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in higher education administration, project management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with assessment and evaluation to achieve continuous programmatic improvements.
- Familiarity with university curriculum and academic policy processes.
