A Distribution Operations Control Operator II is an experienced professional with working knowledge of electric distribution control system operations principles, practices, concepts, and theories. Executes distribution switching orders and independently performs switching analysis. Monitors & operates the distribution SCADA system. Gathers and analyzes data to determine location and cause of power outages. Efficiently dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations. Schedule and manage non-emergency customer requested work in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure superior customer service. Provide accurate and timely information to other departments. Perform overtime callouts to emergency response teams.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience
