Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for corporate and property-level employees across multiple hotel brands and locations
- Ensure accurate entry, validation, and auditing of payroll data including hours worked, PTO, bonuses, commissions, and adjustments
- Review and resolve payroll discrepancies, retro pay, and off-cycle payrolls as needed
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
- Support payroll tax filings, garnishments, and deductions in coordination with third-party vendors
- Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support
- Partner with HR and Finance to ensure employee data (new hires, terminations, pay changes) is accurate and up to date in Workday
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audit requests
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- Support continuous improvement of payroll processes and controls
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of payroll experience, preferably in hospitality or a multi-unit environment
- Working knowledge of payroll laws, wage and hour compliance, and payroll best practices
- Experience with Workday Payroll strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools
