Job Description

The Department Chair for Building Technology and Drafting & Design provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of Building Technology and Drafting programs across all NTCC campuses.

The Chair ensures:

  • High-quality teaching and learning
  • Maintenance of NCCER accreditation and credentialing requirements
  • Management of program paperwork
  • Faculty development
  • Compliance with college, state, and national construction standards

Responsibilities include maintaining all NCCER curriculum, credentialing, and accreditation requirements for every campus offering Building Trades programs.
