Job Description
We are looking for a detail-driven Data Entry Scientist to support the accuracy, structure, and reliability of our data systems. This role goes beyond traditional data entry you’ll work with large datasets, apply validation logic, and collaborate with analytics and operations teams to ensure high-quality, actionable data.
Eligibility Requirement
This position is open only to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are authorized to work within the U.S.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with structured and semi-structured data in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, update, and maintain large datasets across internal systems
Validate, clean, and standardize data to ensure consistency and integrity
Identify data discrepancies, anomalies, and quality issues
Apply basic analytical logic to verify trends and outliers
Work closely with data analysts and operations teams to support reporting needs
Follow data governance, security, and compliance standards
Document data processes and updates clearly
Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks while working independently
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data entry tools
Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with large datasets or databases
Familiarity with basic data analysis concepts
Experience using CRM, ERP, or data management systems
Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality practices
