Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as remote call center agents. You will serve as the primary point of contact, providing exceptional support, answering inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, chat, and email from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and live chats to resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or service issues, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update account information in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services to provide accurate information.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures (e.g., PCI, HIPAA compliance).
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required for many entry-level roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Equipment: A reliable, high-speed internet connection (wired preferred) and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, specifically CRM software, email, and Zoom.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
