Job Description

We are seeking a highly resourceful and responsive IT Support Engineer to manage our organization's technology needs. This critical role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues immediately to minimize downtime and ensure seamless business operations. The ideal candidate will provide both on-site and remote support, manage IT assets, and assist with infrastructure, operating system (Windows/macOS), and application troubleshooting. 

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

  • Immediate Incident Response: Act as the first point of contact to resolve urgent IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners) and software issues (Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Network & Connectivity Support: Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and router/switch issues to ensure maximum uptime.
  • User Onboarding/Offboarding: Set up new workstations, configure user profiles, manage permissions in Active Directory/Azure AD, and revoke access for offboarding.
  • System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, apply security patches, and manage antivirus/antimalware software.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of support calls, service requests, and technical documentation.
  • Asset Management: Track IT hardware and software inventory.
