Job Description
This is a work from home (remote) position. We are looking for agents to service one of our healthcare clients. The client specializes in the management of non-emergency healthcare transportation benefits.
On a day-to-day basis, agents can expect to Assist members with the following activities:
- Transportation to and from appointments
- Ensure those waiting for a ride receive transportation
- In resolving issues with previous appointments
- With a transportation recovery where a scheduled trip has failed
- With benefits eligibility
Agents must also strive to
- Resolve the customer’s issues on the first call
- Ensure that overall customer satisfaction remains high while resolving issues
- Understand ‘client call flow’ and regulations
Computer Requirements
- Must be able to provide your own PC or laptop with hard-wired internet connection (Not wireless) Minimum 10 mbps download Minimum 3 mbps upload
- 20 GB or more of available space 60 GB or more of total space, 4 GB of RAM, Windows 11
- 2 Monitors
Other Requirements
- Must be u U.S Citizen
- Must be able to pass a background Check
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screening.
The drug screen specimen is evaluated for the following substances: Amphetamines, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Cocaine, Methadone, Methaqualone, Opiates, Phencyclidine (PCP), and Propoxyphene.
