- Job Summary:
Seeking a meticulous and rapid remote data entry specialist to urgently input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our company's digital platforms, ensuring speed, accuracy, and confidentiality to support immediate business needs. - Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently enter text and numerical data from various sources (digital/paper) into databases, CRM, and spreadsheets.
- Verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, making corrections as needed.
- Organize, sort, and maintain digital files and records for easy access.
- Update existing records and customer information within established timeframes.
- Generate basic reports or summaries from entered data.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain strict data security and confidentiality protocols.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional typing speed (WPM) and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently under pressure.
