Job Description

Position Summary

This position will provide administrative support in the Radiology Business Office, Department Head’s office, and faculty and will be responsible for assisting the Department Head and Business Manager with administrative functions of the department.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: provide administrative support to the Department Head, Business Office, and department faculty; coordinate radiology medical student education programs and maintain attendance and grade rosters through PeopleSoft, provide administrative support to the Department Head and faculty including coordinating departmental lectures, conferences and other events and making all necessary arrangements, planning itineraries for faculty applicants and visiting professors, making travel arrangements and handling expense reimbursements all within the regulations of the University.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience

Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of work experience
