ESTIMATOR
The Estimator is a vital member of the preconstruction team, responsible for producing precise and reliable cost estimates across conceptual, negotiated, and competitive bid projects. This position works closely with project management, support teams, and clients to analyze drawings, develop quantities, coordinate subcontractor pricing, and support project buyout. Through collaboration and attention to detail, the Estimator helps set projects up for financial and operational success. This role reports to the Director of Preconstruction.
