Job Description

Salary:

  • $63,000-$84,840

Work Duration

  • Until May 22, 2026
  • 7.5 hours per day

Responsibilities:

  • Setting rigorous yet appropriate learning outcomes
  • Establish supportive relationships with students
  • Engage students in meaningful, developmentally appropriate, real world discussions and learning activities
  • Develop authentic and aligned assessments to measure student growth and inform instructional decisions
  • Collaboratively work with team to fulfill the mission, vision and beliefs of both the school and the District

Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree
  • Louisiana teaching certificate with certification in Health & Physical Education K-12
  • Type A, B or C - or - Level 1, 2 or 3
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
