Job Description:
We are seeking individuals who want to become professional tax preparers. Our tax professionals prepare accurate and compliant tax returns for our clients. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are willing to learn and master tax preparation. Enjoy the flexibility this position can offer.
Responsibilities:
- Willing to learn tax prep laws & regulations
- Adhere to the proper training & certifications
- Prepare federal and state tax returns accurately and efficiently
- Review client financial documents for completeness and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with IRS rules and regulations
- Maintain strict client confidentiality
- Provide professional and courteous client service
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Seasonal and ongoing positions available
Compensation:
- 60/40 split per completed tax return
- Independent contractor (1099 position)
