Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Tax Preparers to prepare accurate and compliant tax returns for our clients. This role is ideal for motivated professionals who are confident in their tax preparation skills and want to enjoy the flexibility this position can offer.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare federal and state tax returns accurately and efficiently
• Review client financial documents for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with IRS rules and regulations
• Maintain strict client confidentiality
• Provide professional and courteous client service

Requirements:

• Must have a valid PTIN number
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior tax preparation experience preferred

Compensation:

• 50/50 split per completed tax return
• Independent contractor (1099 position)

Schedule:

• Flexible hours
• Seasonal and ongoing positions available
