Job Description
Southkick Rolf Preservation Works is seeking a part-time, salaried Business Manager, to start in 2026.
Our preservation firm is growing, and we now have projects in 8 states, from California to Maryland. We need someone who can help us manage and support this growing business.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in QuickBooks, basic marketing principles, and project management. They will be organized and capable of working independently.
Job Description
Location: New Orleans
Hours: 20 hours per week
Office Policy: Mondays in office for ~6 hours. The remaining hours can be work-from-home.
Education: Associate's Degree or higher
Experience: 3+ years
The Business Manager will be responsible for bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll. They will also work with the business owners on developing project estimates and issuing contracts. They will be expected to contribute to weekly Monday meetings and will be responsible for managing our team and project calendars. They will create financial reports for the business and monitor project intake. An interest in architecture, preservation, or construction is preferred but not required.
