Education
  • Required - High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field.
Work Experience
  • Required - 8 years of related management or project leadership experience, including 3 years of supervision or management experience.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing.
  • Strong partnering, coaching, mentoring, interpersonal skills and ability to remain dedicated to client service, negotiate with various parties towards a mutually acceptable business solution, and assist application staff in their respective areas.
  • Strong project and team management skills and ability to lead large, complex system integration efforts or large software application and manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong budget and schedule management skills and ability to ensure the business community is engaged in the project.
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement process skills and ability to think clearly in complex, dynamic situations and review the progress of the project with Epic leadership.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, such as nights, evenings, weekends, and extended shifts, etc. and travel domestically.
Job Duties
  • Manages the project.
  • Manages the Epic application.
  • Leads and manages the Epic team.
  • Manages personal growth.
  • Leads customer management.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
