Your Role: Software Engineer III
What You’ll Do:
  • Learn software development stack
  • Work as part of a development team to build and deliver valuable, low defect increments of software
  • Deliver software increments on time and as defined by product owner and stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of software issues
  • Learn from and mentor teammates
  • Learn and constantly grow to develop your passions for self-improvement and your career.
  • Develop high-quality and well-commented software and software tests
  • Security and testing of all developed code and managed projects
  • Participate in evaluating architectural tradeoffs to optimize the project, product, and opportunity costs.
  • Proactively identify risks that may impact on the quality or timeliness of our delivery
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field.
  • Passionate about learning and using software to solve problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with the Agile Development Lifecycle and Git version control
  • Breadth of knowledge regarding architecture, tools, libraries, frameworks, and industry best practices
  • Depth of knowledge in at least 1 of these areas:
    • React, Typescript, JavaScript
    • Python, Django
    • AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with web application frameworks and cloud
  • Experience designing, implementing, and integrating with RESTful APIs
  • Experience writing unit and integration tests and using testing frameworks
