Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Logistician Associate with at least 1 year of experience in performing general office or clerical duties. The candidate will assist Provisioning personnel in organizing, preparing, editing, and researching tasks in accordance with contract specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in performing general office or clerical duties
- Experience in shipbuilding, logistics support, or a related field is a plus
SKILLS
- Typing skills and basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Good communication and human relations skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Provisioning personnel with organizing, preparing, editing, and researching tasks
- Identify and build spare parts lists necessary in support of crew maintenance
- Deliver tasks in accordance with contract specifications
- Perform general office or clerical duties as needed
- Utilize MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) for various tasks
