Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Provisioning Analyst with at least 6 months of work experience. The candidate will prepare, organize, and produce specified provisioning, technical, and logistics support documentation. This includes the compilation and analysis of source material in accordance with corporate, military, and commercial specifications and standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience in at least 3 of the following areas:
- Provisioning
- Knowledge of breaking down equipment/systems to the lowest repairable unit
- Working closely with suppliers/vendors as to obtaining the required data needed in support of spare procurement processes
- Knowledge of parts and/or components of equipment
- Interpreting contract data
- Analyzing data
SKILLS
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, organize, and produce provisioning, technical, and logistics support documentation
- Compile and analyze source material following corporate, military, and commercial specifications and standards
- Support team members in completing deliverables
- Utilize MS Office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for documentation and data analysis tasks
