Job Description
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Works with line personnel to understand and analyze performance needs and recommends appropriate training solutions.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials and programs using a systematic approach to training.
- Teach as part of the Technical Training Team as necessary, and other non-technical or non-accredited training such as emergency planning and general employee training.
- Work with line and training resources to coordinate general employee training (GET) and plant access training (PAT) programs.
- Work with line and training resources to coordinate outage in-processing.
- Be a qualified fleet training instructor.
- Be knowledgeable and proficient with various training platforms such as Vision, MyLearning, PADS, NANTeL and Illuminate.
