About the Role
The Operator performs tasks involving the operation of heavy construction equipment to accomplish assigned daily work tasks on the project site.
Primary Responsibilities
- Completion of assigned duties on the project site.
- Operation of heavy equipment, including skid steer, bulldozer, and excavator.
- Ensure that machines are working at full capacity and are well maintained.
- Adherence to the work site safety program; identify and report any unsafe behavior on the site or hazardous conditions.
