Job Description

We’re seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead high-impact Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects focused on Distribution systems, ensuring power is delivered safely, reliably, and efficiently to the communities we serve. This is a senior-level role responsible for program development, cross-functional leadership, operational excellence, and ensuring the successful delivery of major projects in the utility and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in EPC project management in the utility industry - specifically distribution - and the ability to mentor and empower project managers while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.

  • Partner with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define program scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
  • Manage program and project teams to maximize ROI and meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate and delegate initiatives across multiple projects and teams.
  • Identify requirements for cross-functional groups and external vendors.
  • Lead budgeting for programs and ensure financial alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with fellow program managers to identify risks, opportunities, and process improvements across the department.
  • Analyze and mitigate program risks; prepare reports for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Hire, train, and mentor Project Managers; develop training and professional development plans.
  • Lead process development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
  • Review and approve project plans, cost estimates, schedules, cash flow, and risk considerations.
  • Review and approve subcontractor contracts and change orders.
  • Monitor project performance including safety, scope, cost, schedule, cash flow, quality, and risk.
  • Oversee proposals, bid preparation, project schedules, and bill of materials.
  • Conduct quality reviews of project management processes and deliverables.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

  • Salary Range: \$150,000 - \$175,000 (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
