Operations Department Overview

With in-house engineering, procurement, project management, and construction management expertise, our Operations group has established itself as a highly qualified and respected EPC partner in the electric utility industry. From the start, we have maintained an unwavering focus on schedules and budgets to ensure successful project completion. Strong project management practices and proactive risk assessment allow us to enhance project controls, minimize scope creep, and prevent costly delays. Above all, we take pride in delivering projects that emphasize client satisfaction and mutual success.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Manager of Operations to lead our Operations group’s project management function. In this senior leadership role, you will oversee a team of Program and Project Managers delivering complex, multi-discipline EPC projects. You’ll drive performance, mentor leaders, and ensure organizational standards of safety, quality, budget, and schedule are achieved.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Program and Project Managers across multiple large-scale projects.
  • Define scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with executives and stakeholders.
  • Review and approve project and program plans, subcontractor contracts, and change orders.
  • Oversee risk management, quality reviews, and cross-project reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process development and implementation.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project challenges, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Partner with executives, sponsors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.

  • Salary Range: \$160,000 - \$200,000 (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
  • Profit-Sharing Bonus: Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)
