Job Description
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Conducts training for licensed, non-licensed operators, and shift technical advisors in reactor operations covering replacement, requalification, upgrade, etc., consistent with NRC (Nuclear Regulatory Commission) requirements. Develops and maintains operations training programs.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers training programs to ensure the availability of qualified and licensed personnel.
- Interfaces with line personnel to analyze performance needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.
- Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training materials and programs using the systematic approach to training.
- Administers and coordinates training programs for sites and corporate groups as assigned.
