Job Description

The Licensed Real Estate Salesperson is an independent contractor responsible for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion into closed transactions. This role requires a strong focus on revenue-generating activities and specialized competence in serving residential, commercial and investment clients, aligning with the firm's reputation for financial expertise and strategic asset management. The salesperson will utilize the firm's systems to provide exceptional client experiences and drive volume.


Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work


1. Client Acquisition and Management:

  • Proactively prospect for new seller and buyer clients via established firm protocols.
  • Conduct comprehensive Buyer and Seller Strategy Sessions using the firm’s established SOPs and intellectual property.
  • Convert qualified leads into signed buyer representation and listing agreements.
  • Manage and prioritize daily revenue-generating goals.

2. Transaction Execution and Expertise:

  • Represent clients in the presentation and negotiation of offers and counteroffers.
  • Maintain compliance and meticulous file documentation from contract acceptance through closing, working closely with the firm’s Transaction Coordinator.
  • Leverage firm resources to counsel clients.


3. System Compliance & Accountability:

  • Maintain 100% adherence to all firm SOPs and procedural checklists, particularly those related to client intake, transaction management, and marketing.
  • Utilize the CRM diligently for all communication tracking, pipeline management, and scheduled client follow-ups.
  • Participate in mandatory weekly training/check-in sessions focused on revenue-generating accountability and market trend analysis.


Required Qualifications

  • Active Real Estate License (Louisiana required).
  • Demonstrable track record of self-generated business or clear aptitude for sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Follow-Up Boss preferred) and transaction management platforms.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development, including pursuit of designations and certifications.
