No fitness background? No problem. Never taken barre3 before? No problem. Come as you are! We will give you all of the tools you need to succeed throughout our training.

Responsibilities:

Builds strong relationships with barre3 clients before, during, and after class as well as creates a warm and supportive studio environment

Communicates the barre3 brand and core values through thoughtful cueing and messaging

Attends quarterly meetings/workshops and specific campaign meetings/training sessions

Must have daytime availability for two or more of the following 8:30am, 9:45am, 12:15pm, 4:30 and be willing to teach weekends when needed.  We require a 3 class/week minimum commitment with the opportunity for more.

-You'll be supported every step of the way and provided with learning opportunities after training as well. Training costs + fees ($1,000+) are covered by the studio.

The opportunity: As a barre3 New Orleans Instructor, you are the foundation of our studios. You are responsible for teaching and leading a remarkable barre3 class and overall experience. You exude warmth and hospitality is always top of mind. You are a strong communicator of the barre3 brand and barre3 values. You foster a strong sense of community in your barre3 classes with clients and also with your barre3 New Orleans team.
