Job Description
Role Overview:
TPN.health is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Data Analytics Engineer who can quickly identify high-impact data opportunities and build actionable insights to accelerate growth—especially in our payer solutions channel. You will turn complex behavioral health care navigation data into clear, growth-driving analytics and reporting to drive results in our product and sales groups.
Responsibilities:
- Own payer-focused analytics and executive reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards (Metabase), event tracking (Mixpanel), and monitoring (Datadog)
- Develop models for engagement funnels, time-to-placement, member satisfaction, and cost avoidance
- Design and implement growth experiments and A/B tests
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and growth teams to define and track key metrics
- Create automated quarterly payer reports (live dashboards + PDF exports)
- Proactively surface data-driven opportunities to improve acquisition, retention, and revenue
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years experience as a Data Scientist or Analytics Engineer
- Experience at a well funded growth stage startup
- Advanced Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) or R; strong SQL
- Experience with event analytics tools (Mixpanel or similar)
- Familiarity with dashboard tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
- Healthcare or behavioral health experience a plus
- Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience)
