Job Description

Education
- Required - High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred - Associates or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field
Work Experience
- Required - 5 years of relevant work experience in HME, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Will accept 3 years of relevant work experience and Bachelor's Degree in lieu of 5 years.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Excellent judgment, decision-making and delegating skills.
- Good interpersonal and consultative skills to work effectively with all levels of employees, physician management, and business and support areas.
- Strong computer knowledge of Word, Excel and HME Billing software.
- Self-directed including the ability to work independently, set priorities and maintain complete confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage within a budget and understand financial statements sufficient to analyze trends and make recommendations.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.
Job Duties
- Ensures quality of care & patient satisfaction.
- Manages, develops, retains and inspires an engaged workforce.
- Assists with research, education & training.
- Ensures operational profitability with preliminary budgets, performance data, system reporting, and inventory management.
- Supports long-term strategic business plans through department-specific business planning.
- Manages the physical & technological infrastructure and supports organizational structures.
- Performs other related duties as required.
