Under the broad supervision of the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance, the Compensation Analyst supports initiatives to enhance strategic decisions involving clinical and basic science faculty compensation.

This role will:

• Facilitate the management of compensation data.
• Analyze compensation trends.
• Provide guidance for compensation planning.
• Use internal data and national benchmarks to support recommendations.

Incumbent is responsible for regularly producing accurate and insightful reports and analyses in a timely and efficient manner. The position will provide analytical support for the development and measurement of production, compensation, and operational targets and models, as well as the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of faculty compensation plans.
