Job Description

Under the general direction of the CIO, with input from Functional Stakeholders, and the IT Director – Applications, leads and coordinates the training function in support of PeopleSoft (Financials, Human Capital Management, and Campus Solutions) and related administrative technology.

The scope of training responsibilities includes:

  • New implementations
  • Application upgrades
  • PeopleTools upgrades
  • Training development software upgrades
  • Ongoing production training

Designs training plans in coordination with functional stakeholders. Responsibilities include management of content on PeopleSoft Support web pages. Directly supervises Training Coordinators.
