Job Description

Under the broad supervision of the Business Manager, the incumbent will provide administrative and financial support within the Department of Surgery. This includes:

  • Financial strategic planning and management
  • Budgetary oversight
  • Grant administration
  • Purchasing
  • Personnel management
  • Contract administration

The incumbent is responsible for implementing and adhering to all relevant rules, regulations, and policies of the University, the State, and the Federal Government as they relate to the administration and financial operations of departmental programs, contracts, grants, and other activities.
