Job Description
Broadmoor, LLC is looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to the Project Management team.
The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager in leading the Project Management staff for his/her assigned construction project(s). This position is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all project administrative functions which include contract administration, procurement, document management, financial and risk management, scheduling and quality control as necessary to support field operations from start-up to completion/closeout.
The Assistant Project Manager reports to the Project Manager or Sr. Project Manager to whom he/she is currently assigned and may have Project Engineers as direct reports.
