Job Description
Supervisory, professional and technical work planning, directing and managing all activities of the Board’s information technology/computer systems for New Orleans Sewerage and Water Board.
Work includes providing direction, strategic planning, and oversight for all IT functions including:
- Database administration
- Network engineering
- Enterprise security
- Storage area network call center applications
- Control system architecture and associated computer operations
Work also includes developing, recommending, implementing, and interpreting IT policies and procedures and ensuring all activities comply with defined policies and protocols; and related work as required.
