About the Role:

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about empowering others through education and driving a culture of continuous learning. In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support employee growth, enhance performance, and strengthen our organizational capabilities. If you love building engaging learning experiences, partnering across departments, and using data to improve outcomes - this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Assess organizational and role-specific training needs through surveys, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Design and develop engaging learning materials, workshops, and e-learning courses
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
  • Apply evaluation models (Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI) to measure training impact
  • Leverage LMS platforms, authoring tools, and learning technologies to enhance delivery and engagement
  • Support onboarding training for new hires and newly promoted supervisors
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align L&D initiatives with broader business goals
  • Track and report on learning progress, outcomes, and ROI
  • Curate external learning content to supplement internal programs
  • Contribute to culture, DEI, and leadership development initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline training coordination and improve learner experiences
What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, or related area (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Certifications: PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Additional Skills:
    • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
    • Ability to analyze training data and measure learning effectiveness
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
    • Creative problem-solving and adaptability
    • Attention to detail and a passion for continuous improvement
