About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who can think strategically and execute flawlessly. You’ll lead paid media efforts for multiple tourism clients — building campaigns, optimizing performance, managing budgets, and translating data into creative, strategic recommendations that drive bookings and revenue.

This is a hands-on role: you’ll be in Google Ads and Meta daily, monitoring results, refining campaigns, and ensuring every dollar performs. Expect to be deep in the platforms, while also working with our team and clients, to contribute to smarter strategy, better ideas, and stronger results.



What You’ll Do


Campaign Execution

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Implement and maintain proper conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Ensure campaigns are structured to support client goals, seasonality, and tourism booking behavior


Performance Optimization

  • Review campaign performance daily and make adjustments to targeting, bidding, budgeting, placements, and creative
  • Run A/B tests on copy, creative, and audiences
  • Identify clear opportunities to increase ROAS, reduce CPA, and scale what works


Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and attribution paths
  • Build clean, clear monthly reports that explain results and next steps
  • Present findings in client calls with confidence, clarity, and resourcefulness


Strategy & Creative Input

  • Contribute to broader paid media strategy, funnel planning, and campaign direction
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that inspire stronger creative and smarter targeting
  • Collaborate with our creative team on ad concepts and landing pages that convert


Budget & Account Management

  • Forecast pacing, maintain spend accuracy, and communicate opportunities or risks
  • Maintain organized account structures, naming conventions, and be borderline insane about maintaining documentation


Team Collaboration & Operations

  • Work closely with leadership to align on goals and priorities
  • Track time daily in our agency project management system
  • Maintain proactive communication and deliverables across multiple client accounts


You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 3–5 years of direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Are Google Ads certified or willing to be within 30 days.
  • Feel confident navigating GA4, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager
  • Can think strategically and execute meticulously
  • Have a proven track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling campaigns
  • Can explain performance clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Are comfortable generating creative ideas based on data
  • Understand the interplay between paid media, SEO, organic social, and website experience
  • Can juggle multiple client accounts without losing clarity or quality
  • Take initiative — you see opportunities and you act
  • Thrive in a fast-paced agency environment where agility matters


Bonus Points For

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, or programmatic display
  • Knowledge of tourism platforms like FareHarbor, Xola, Rezdy, Bokun, or Tripworks
  • Ability to build dashboards in reporting interfaces like Looker Studio
  • Experience in tourism, hospitality, or attractions marketing

  • You’re seeking remote work — this role is 100% in-person in New Orleans
