Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, able to multitask, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining accurate and efficient data entry processes. You will support daily administrative operations, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely customer service through email, phone, and chat support
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across internal systems and databases
- Assist customers with general inquiries, account updates, and service-related questions
- Review and verify the accuracy of submitted documents and records
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and report preparation
- Troubleshoot basic customer concerns and escalate complex cases as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data privacy protocols
