About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, eager to learn, and interested in starting a career in data—no college degree required. We will provide training and ongoing support to help you grow in this role.
Responsibilities
- Enter, clean, and organize data using spreadsheets and basic data tools
- Assist with preparing simple reports and summaries
- Perform routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy
- Help maintain internal databases and dashboards
- Follow established workflows and data guidelines
- Communicate with team members to clarify data issues or updates
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (typing, file management, using web-based tools)
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred but Not Required
- Familiarity with data entry
- Basic understanding of charts or simple data visualization
- Interest in analytics, reporting, or technology
