Job Description

Position Summary

This position is required for registry routine operations and supported by federal funding from the NCI-SEER Program and CDC-NPCR Program. This person has a CTR and experience with cancer registration. This person can perform case finding, abstracting, and editing and consolidation independently.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience as an Oncology Data Specialist-Certified (formerly CTR)

Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR)

2 additional years of experience as an ODS-C, cancer registry experience, and an associate's degree along with ODS certification can substitute for the bachelor's degree
