Role Overview:
TPN.health is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to support our CEO and Executive Team in scaling the organization through a critical phase of growth. This is a deeply cross-functional role that works across Product, Operations, Sales, Clinical, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Events, and HR.

You will act as a force multiplier for the CEO—driving clarity, alignment, communication, and operational excellence across the company. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical: able to think at the 100,000-foot level while also diving in to build systems, solve problems, and move key projects forward.

You’ll work closely with all executive leaders across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Support TPN.health’s pursuit of HIPAA compliance, including managing documentation, coordinating with security/privacy partners, and ensuring company-wide adherence to policies
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date internal systems in HiBob, Google Drive, and internal compliance repositories
  • Oversee and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding workflows (in partnership with HR), ensuring smooth transitions for all employees
  • Manage cross-functional documentation, SOPs, org charts, permission structures, and internal resources
  • Help maintain a culture of security, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions and organizational planning
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to reduce bottlenecks and unblock teams
  • Partner with HR and leadership to coordinate talent processes, performance cycles, and organizational planning
  • Drive clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the team


Qualifications:

  • Experience in health tech, behavioral health, SaaS, or a fast-paced startup environment
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, project management, or a Chief of Staff–adjacent role
  • Prior experience working with HR systems (e.g., HiBob) and supporting onboarding/offboarding or internal operations
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, compliance frameworks, or regulated tech environments strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and systems-building skills
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for action and operational execution
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and capable of instilling alignment across teams
  • Highly resourceful, proactive problem-solver with strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (we use HubSpot, Slack, Metabase, HiBob, Google Suite, Canva, and more)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required
