Job Description
Performance Health is seeking a Remote Data Entry / Live Chat Support professional to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong customer service focus. As part of the remote team, you will be responsible for assisting customers through live chat, providing data entry support, and ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer experience and supporting the operations of Performance Health's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Chat Support: Provide real-time, friendly, and professional support to customers via live chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and guide customers through troubleshooting and product inquiries.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer, product, and order information in our CRM and other systems. Ensure all data is current and correctly entered.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions regarding products, services, shipping, returns, and more through live chat and email. Provide clear and helpful information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring a resolution is reached while maintaining a positive customer relationship. Collaborate with internal teams if necessary to resolve complex issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken. Generate reports when required.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure smooth communication and seamless customer experience.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess your performance through feedback, aiming to consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, data entry, or live chat support. Experience in a remote role is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry.
- Comfortable navigating various software platforms and CRM tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with live chat platforms, CRM systems, and other data entry tools. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Remote Work: Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, manage daily tasks independently, and be self-motivated.
